I see the body as adaptive and intelligent. Many movement patterns and stress responses are ways the body has learned to cope. Through movement-based somatic practice and mind-body support, my role is to help you understand these patterns and gently create new options.
1:1 sessions allows us to explore posture, breathing patterns, stress responses, and movement habits in more depth. Sessions may support:
