Tuesday 6:15 - 7:30am

Thursday 7:15 - 8:30pm

Sunday 9:45 - 11am

General Public Class

 ~ Get a sense of balance and well-being in your week.

These classes are appropriate for participants of all levels, whether you are new to yoga or have some experience.

You will experience asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation in class.

Investment for classes:

$15 casual

$65 5-class concession

$120 10-class concession

*These fees are at a reduced rate during this transitional period.
