Soul in Motion 

This bi-monthly class is different from a yoga class and is designed to help you feel good inside and out, through movement, soothing sound, breath and deep relaxation.

You will experience movement sequences that gently challenge your coordination, strength, and flexibility, leaving you more mobile and free in your body. Breath and sound soothe your nervous system, while deep relaxation helps you carry that sense of ease into your week.
