General: (75-mins) Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

'Well-being'

Get a sense of balance and well-being throughout your week.

These classes are appropriate for participants of all levels, whether you are new to yoga or have some experience.

You will experience approximately 60 minutes of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation.

General: (90-mins) Wednesday

'Focus'

Rejuvinate yourself with focus to lift you from your midweek hump.

These classes are appropriate for participants with some yoga experience who are looking to extend their practice. Participants will develop postures, strength and stamina with classes being a slightly longer duration.

Level 2: (90-mins) *TBC

'Strength'

Build strength of body and mind to deepen your practice.

Suitable for those with previous yoga experience and a good solid yoga foundation. The classes will extend and challenge practitioners, working on techniques to aid in improving your practise. Asana including inversions (such as headstands and shoulderstands), arm balances and advanced forward-bends, twists and backbends.

Pregnancy yoga: (60-mins) *TBC

This class is open to all woman during any stage of their pregnancy. Some yoga experience is useful but not necessary to attend the classes. In the class you will learn techniques to relax the system as well as work the body’s strength and flexibility to aid in the preparation for birth.

One-On-One Movement / Yoga Therapy (by appointment)

General yoga classes aren't always suitable for everyone, particularly those with injuries or rehabilitating from injury. These sessions are great in aiding the strengthening and flexibility of muscles, the mobility and stability of joints with the focus being to help with the participants particular needs. In a session, Salena will work with you to find suitable postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help in the body healing process.
